By submitting content, you grant Grand Log a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available through a paid subscription ("Grand Log Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grand Log and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Anime titles, artwork, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective copyright holders; Grand Log claims no ownership over third-party content displayed within the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Log shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Grand Log is registered.
